Open the parcel in front of the courier before you pay. Decor such as showpieces and cushion covers can be returned unused within 3 days of delivery. If furniture has a manufacturing defect, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery: we repair it, replace it or refund you in full.

How to return: message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll tell you whether it needs to come back, and how. When the return is our fault (a wrong, faulty or broken item), we pay the delivery both ways.

Refunds go out by bKash or Nagad within 3 working days of the return being approved. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded the same way; tell us which number to send it to.

Not returnable: furniture made to order, and damage from use or from assembling it wrongly.
